This guide outlines everything you need to know about the application process, enrollment, schedule, and program requirements. Our program provides a pathway to economic mobility, independence, and career growth through accessible driver education.

6-Week Class Schedule

6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

(2.5 hours per class, 10 classes total)

Week 1: Oct 7 (Wed) & Oct 8 (Thu)
Week 2: Oct 14 (Wed) & Oct 15 (Thu)
Week 3: Oct 21 (Wed) & Oct 22 (Thu)
Week 4: Oct 28 (Wed) & Oct 29 (Thu)
Week 5: Nov 4 (Wed) & Nov 5 (Thu)

Behind-The-Wheel (BTW)

You also need 6 hours of actual driving time with an instructor to complete your certification.

How it Works:

The 6 hours are split into three, 2-hour sessions.

When & How to Book:

Drive times will be scheduled individually outside of classroom hours (Mornings, Afternoons, Weekends). You will receive a booking calendar link during Week 2.

IMPORTANT

You must have your valid Maryland Learner's Permit with you for every driving session. No Permit = No Drive.

Handling emergencies on the road and understanding the legal consequences of driving infractions.

The Road Ahead

Final MVA test prep and connecting your new license to career pathways (like CDL or trade jobs).

Complete all required fields and verify your eligibility criteria using our official application link.

Automated Scoring

Our system uses a checkbox scoring method to instantly evaluate applicant eligibility, need, and commitment upon submission.

Acceptance Notification

Qualified applicants will receive an official acceptance notification and their co-investment payment link via email.

Co-Investment Payment Firm Deadline: Oct 2nd

To secure your seat for the October 7th start, your co-investment deposit must be paid. Seats are strictly allocated upon deposit receipt.

Ages 25+: $100

Final Enrollment & Class Prep

Once payment is received, enrollment is finalized. Ensure your Learner's Permit is active and attend the first mandatory class promptly at 6:30 PM on October 7th.
